I was appointed to manage Facebook ads for the brand and generate as many leads as possible at a time when investing in real estate was almost stopped (within corona crisis).

I ran Facebook Lead generation ads for them and generated over 500 leads within 2 months. Though the cost per result for that brand was little high for covid, I found they were able to close around 7% of those real estate leads.

The goal of this Real Estate broking firm of Makati, Phillippines was to generate quality enquary to sell real estate properties and recruit candidates for their office work.

They were looking for a quality real estate leads to sell properties of a prestigious real estate brand of Phillippines. Their basic problem was that they could not target the right set of audience.

I targeted the right set of audiences and generated quality 600+ leads for them with an average of 25 per lead.

This relationship coach came to us seeking for help. His main problem was, he was unable to make profits as well as his leads was not upto the mark. We took the charge and able to reduce his CPL to 55 from 75 along with increasing the lead quality. Finally he is now having an profitable business generating more than 2 lakh front end revenue.

The goal of this coaching institution was to get more students in their coaching institution.

For that this I targeted the students based on their age group, demographics and parents of those students. Generated over 3700 leads for the institution.

They ware able to close over 100+ students for offline and 220+ students for online.

The goal of this Airhostess, Flight attended, Cabin Crew, Hospitality management training institution was also to increase students in their institution.

While operating the tasks for them I found their social media presence could also help them to get more students, so with Facebook ads I posted some quality content to generate student inquery from social media also.

Generated more than 120+ leads for them and among those leads its was over 5% closing rate they got.

At the end of 2024 started working on this fresh ad account. Till now invested close to 59/- Lakh generating more than 12000 registrations of 199/- RS at an average cost of 454/-

For this life coach, we were running ads and generating quality leads for his webinars. With quite a good ad budget (700/- Per Day) we started the ads, and after getting quality results in few days we scaled the ads to 3000/- per day and generated quality results.

Selling this digital product on AUTOMATION with Meta Ads on a a average cost of 322 along with bumps of a few add ons and upsell offers. The base price of the product is 597/- INR and we generated 40% of the sales along with a bumps of 597/- or 1091/-. At the backend sold more than 250 units.

For this success coach, we designed the funnel and ran Facebook ads for his webinars so that we could generate quality leads and he could close those leaves from those webinars.

The story of this coach was really motivating to us, For the last 30 years the motivational coach and success coach for Corporates, he was really aged person he was starting his coaching business online at such a age when people intended to retire.

At the end of 2024 started working on this fresh ad account. Till now invested close to 59/- Lakh generating more than 12000 registrations of 199/- RS at an average cost of 454/-

Sold more than 530 units of this digital product with a base price of 597/- along with a 40%-45% bump offer of 597/- or 794/- or 1091/- at a average cost of 196/- at a ROAS of 2.40

We have done great work for this coach from the very beginning of his coaching journey. we are launching this coach and really you are a little bit confused and also not sure that we will be able to give him great-quality results. But with our hard work and quality research, our team was able to deliver such great quality that you can see. this coach is a great actor and he had his acting coaching academy but he was trying to start his business online. So we helped with ads and we have generated quality leads in such a low CPL.

The goal of this yoga coaching institution was to make the visibility in front of health concuss people, make brand awareness, and increase more students in their institution. I approached an omnipresence marketing strategy for them and as a part of social media ads, I run Facebook and Instagram ads to generate more leads for them.

Launched a single campaign in May 2025, running it till the date in September. Generated 220 actual sales on a cost of 274 RS per sale at the backend of a 597 RS product with some bumps.
